The Superior RCKIT4001 is a simple on/off remote kit: a handheld transmitter, a receiver and a wall plate. The receiver wires to a millivolt gas valve or a 24VAC electronic spark ignition module, and its OFF, REMOTE and ON switch doubles as a safety lockout. Model 4001.

Never wire it to 110 to 120VAC.IHP says a qualified electrician or gas technician should install it, using 18 gauge wire no longer than 20 ft with no splices.
