Questions people ask us
Will this fit my fireplace?
Confirm your model and serial number before ordering; send them to us and we will check fit before you buy. They are on the rating label of the appliance. For this burner, also tell us where it will be installed and what log set you have.
Who should install it?
A licensed gas professional, following the appliance manual and local codes, with a leak check afterward.
Does it come with logs?
Our distributor lists both as burners, so plan on logs, media, gas line and remote parts being separate unless your manual shows them in the same kit. Ask us and we will check before you order.
Can it be used with propane?
It is listed for natural gas. Do not use it with propane unless the manufacturer's instructions allow a conversion, done by a licensed gas professional.
What if I have a question or need a return?
Contact us before or after you order. Send the model, the serial number or a photo of the old part and we will help, including with any return question.
