Questions people ask us
Will this fit my fireplace?
Fit is as listed by our distributor. Confirm your model and serial number before ordering; send them to us and we will check fit before you buy. The number on your old part or in your manual's parts list is the best match.
Do I still need a HeatFlo kit?
Yes. This is listed as an extension, not a complete kit. The HeatFlo kit for your fireplace is a separate part; send us the model and we will match both.
When is an extension kit needed?
When the HeatFlo register sits further above the fireplace than the base kit reaches. Your HeatFlo instructions set the limits; send us the heights and we will check.
What is included?
One HeatFlo extension in the model you choose, as listed by our distributor. The HeatFlo kit itself is separate.
Who do I ask about returns or questions?
Ask before you order and we will help you confirm the number. For a return or any question after delivery, contact us first and we will explain the options.
