This Superior kit, catalog number F2317, converts an electronic ignition DRT40 corner direct vent fireplace from natural gas to propane. The DRT40 Multi-View manual lists F2317 for the CL and CR corner units, the DRT40CLDEN and DRT40CRDEN. The see-through and peninsula models use a different kit, F2316.

What does the conversion involve?
The installer resets the gas valve regulator for propane, replaces the pilot orifice, sets the manifold to 10.0" WC and follows the kit instructions.
