The Superior SV4.5HTSS is IHP's small square horizontal termination for Secure Vent 4-1/2 inch by 7-1/2 inch rigid direct vent pipe. IHP approves it only for a set list of smaller fireplaces, such as the DRT2033 and DRT2035, and its instructions name the larger models it may not be used with. Catalog number 94L10.

The SV4.5TK90SS is the same small square termination sold as a kit with a 90 degree elbow.
How big is the wall opening?
IHP lists a 10-1/2" x 12-1/8" inside opening in the exterior wall.
