If your Raypak heater intermittently powers on, cuts out mid-cycle, or won’t respond when toggled, the issue is often a worn or failing switch. A bad toggle switch can interrupt power flow entirely, leaving you chasing electrical problems that don’t exist elsewhere in the system.
