If the heater is lighting unevenly, producing weak flame across the burner row, or showing heavy corrosion in the combustion section, the burners themselves may be the problem. Burner wear can cause rough ignition, poor flame carryover, and a heater that never seems to run as smoothly as it should.
This burner kit replaces the burners used in compatible Raypak models 207A through 407A. The burners are responsible for mixing fuel and air correctly so combustion stays stable across the tray. When they rust, distort, or plug up, flame quality drops and ignition reliability usually goes with it.
