Raypak 008062F Blower Pressure Switch for 207A Heaters

If your 207A heater begins the startup sequence but stops before ignition, or the blower runs without proving airflow correctly, the blower pressure switch is one of the first safety components to inspect. A failed switch can lock the heater out because the control never sees the draft condition it needs to move forward.

This blower pressure switch monitors pressure in the induced-draft system and confirms that blower operation is creating the proper condition before ignition is allowed to proceed. When the switch fails, sticks, or reads incorrectly, the heater may never move past pre-ignition safety checks. This is a direct fix when blower proving is the actual reason the heater will not fire.

  • Blower runs but heater will not proceed to ignition
  • Pressure proving fault stops startup sequence
  • Intermittent lockout tied to draft verification problems
  • Need to fix a Raypak heater with confirmed blower pressure switch failure

What this part does: It verifies blower-generated pressure so the heater can safely continue through the ignition sequence.

Compatibility: Designed for Raypak 207A Low NOx heaters and also used on select 267A, 337A, and 407A Low NOx heaters. Confirm with your model number before ordering.

  • Part Number: 008062F
  • Type: Blower pressure switch
  • Application: Induced-draft heater proving circuit

OEM Value: A genuine Raypak pressure switch helps maintain the intended draft-proving threshold and connector fit. Safety switches like this are not the place for guesswork because the wrong switch can create nuisance lockouts or unsafe operation.
