Raypak 006731F Cast Iron Return Header – Models 185 to 405 and 206 to 406
If your heater is leaking at the return side or showing signs of corrosion around the header, the return header may be compromised. This often leads to water escaping under pressure during operation.
The return header collects water exiting the heat exchanger and directs it back into the plumbing system. Damage or corrosion can cause leaks and reduce system efficiency. Replacing it restores proper flow and sealing.
