Travira Collection
Travira Sling Lounge Chair
A deep sling lounge chair with a 15 inch seat and a 30.5 inch depth, weighing eight pounds. It is the sitting-around-a-fire chair in the Travira program, and it does that job without a single cushion in the equation. Sold in sets of two or four.
- Lounge depth, eight pounds. 30.5 inches from front to back with a 15 inch seat, and still light enough to carry out to the lawn in one hand.
- A seat that is the same height as the chaise. 15 inches on both, so a chair and a chaise side by side on a pool deck read as one line rather than two.
- Tekwood arm caps. Natural or Vintage, the only wood look part of the chair and the part you push up from.
- Seventeen sling colors. Every color is the same price. Tell us the one you want when you order.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Sling. Composite sling, stretched over the frame as a single panel. There is no cushion to store, no cover to buy and nothing to bring in when it rains. Oxford Garden offers seventeen sling colors for Travira.
Frame finish. Flint powder coat, code PC.F. Oxford Garden also offers Travira in Chalk, code PC.W, and Carbon, code PC.C. Talk to us before you order if you want one of those instead.
Arm caps. Tekwood, Natural or Vintage. The caps are the only wood look part of the piece and they are what your forearm rests on.

Care and Maintenance
Sling. Hose it down and let it dry. Sling fabric drains and dries on its own and does not need to be brought inside. For stubborn marks, mild soap and a soft brush.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I not buy just one?
Oxford Garden cartons this chair as a pair at 31 lb or as a set of four at 51 lb, so it is sold in those sets only.
How is it different from the Sling Beach Chair?
Four inches of seat height. The lounge chair sits at 15 inches and stands 32 inches tall; the beach chair sits at 11 inches and stands 27. Same 26.75 inch width, same 30.5 inch depth, same carton.
Is it a dining chair?
No. A 15 inch seat is six inches below the Travira dining chairs and will not work at a 29.5 inch table. It is built for a fire pit, a coffee table or a pool deck.
Does it take a cushion?
It does not need one. The sling panel is the seat and the back, and it is why the chair weighs eight pounds and can be left outside through the season.
How do I clean the sling?
Hose it and let it dry. Composite sling drains through itself, so it does not hold water and does not need to come inside. For a mark that will not rinse off, mild soap and a soft brush, then rinse again.
What frame color is this?
Flint, code PC.F. Oxford Garden also offers Travira in Chalk, PC.W, and Carbon, PC.C. Ask us before you order if you want one of those instead.
Can it live outside all year?
Yes. Marine grade aluminum does not rust, so the frame is not depending on the coating staying perfect to survive the winter. Wash it with mild soap and water when it looks dirty and leave it where it is.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight to the curb with lift gate service. You will be called to arrange a delivery window. The driver brings it to the curb; carrying it through a gate or onto a deck is not part of the service, so have a second pair of hands ready.
