Travira Collection
Travira Sling Counter Chair
Counter height sling seating: a 23 inch seat on a 39.5 inch frame, weighing seven and a half pounds. It is the stool for a 36 inch outdoor counter or island, and it is the lightest seat in the Travira program.
- A 23 inch seat, not 32. Counter height. Under a 36 inch counter that leaves 13 inches of knee room. Check the seat height before you order; the counter and bar stools look alike.
- Seven and a half pounds. The lightest piece in the Travira line. Stools at a counter get moved more than any other outdoor seat and this one moves with two fingers.
- Sling, so nothing gets put away. The panel drains and dries. No pad to carry in, no cover to buy.
- Seventeen sling colors. Every color costs the same. You choose the color when you order.

Sling. Composite sling, stretched over the frame as a single panel. There is no cushion to store, no cover to buy and nothing to bring in when it rains. Seventeen sling colors are available for Travira.
Frame finish. Flint powder coat, code PC.F. Oxford Garden also offers Travira in Chalk, code PC.W, and Carbon, code PC.C.

Care and Maintenance
Sling. Hose it down and let it dry. Sling fabric drains and dries on its own and does not need to be brought inside. For stubborn marks, mild soap and a soft brush.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Counter height or bar height?
Counter. The seat is 23 inches, which suits a 34 to 36 inch counter or island. The Travira Sling Bar Chair is the same chair drawn taller, with a 32 inch seat for a 41.5 inch bar table.
How much knee room does it leave?
Thirteen inches under a 36 inch counter, which is generous. Under a 34 inch counter it is eleven, which still works for most people but is worth measuring before you buy four of them.
Is there a cushion?
No. The composite sling panel is the seat and back. It is what makes the stool weigh seven and a half pounds instead of thirteen.
How do I clean the sling?
Hose it and let it dry. Composite sling drains through itself, so it does not hold water and does not need to come inside. For a mark that will not rinse off, mild soap and a soft brush, then rinse again.
What frame color is this?
Flint, code PC.F. Oxford Garden also offers Travira in Chalk, PC.W, and Carbon, PC.C. Ask us before you order if you want one of those instead.
Can it live outside all year?
Yes. Marine grade aluminum does not rust, so the frame is not depending on the coating staying perfect to survive the winter. Wash it with mild soap and water when it looks dirty and leave it where it is.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight to the curb with lift gate service. You will be called to arrange a delivery window. The driver brings it to the curb; carrying it through a gate or onto a deck is not part of the service, so have a second pair of hands ready.
How does it compare with the slatted Counter Chair?
Same 18.5 inch width, same 23 inch seat, same 39.5 inch height and the same Flint frame. The sling version is 7.5 lb, the Tekwood version 13 lb. It is a question of surface, not of size.
