Travira Collection
Travira Ottoman
A cushioned footstool on the Travira frame, 29.5 by 26.5 inches with its top at 18 inches. That is the same 18 inches the Travira cushioned lounge chair and every modular unit sit at, so it reads as an extension of the seat rather than a separate object.
- 18 inches high, which is the Travira seat height. Pull it up to the lounge chair and the cushion tops line up, so the chair becomes a chaise instead of a chair with a stool in front of it.
- 29.5 by 26.5 inches on top. Wide enough for two feet side by side, and close enough to the side seat footprint to work as extra perch seating when the group gets bigger.
- Your choice of cushion fabric. Bliss Linen, a stocked solution dyed polyester range in five colors, or any other Sunbrella made to order. One cushion whichever you pick.
- Light enough to move. 15 pounds assembled, on a powder coated aluminum frame that does not rust.

Cushion and Fabric Options
It is the same cushion whichever fabric you choose. The foam, the cover construction and the cushion dimensions are identical.
| Option | What it is |
|---|---|
| Bliss Linen | Sunbrella solution dyed acrylic, stocked for Travira. |
| Solution dyed polyester | Stocked in Eggshell White, Ice Blue, Jet Black, Midnight Blue and Stone. Name the color when you order. Solution dyed means the color is put into the fiber before it is spun, so it is the same color all the way through rather than printed on the face. |
| Other Sunbrella fabrics, made to order | Your choice from the wider Sunbrella range, made to order in the fabric you pick. |
Own fabric orders are quoted by phone, because the cost depends on the material, the yardage and the run. We will confirm the quote with Oxford Garden before anything is ordered.
Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Cushions. Solution dyed fabric. The color goes into the fiber before it is spun rather than being printed onto finished cloth, which is why these fabrics hold color in direct sun far longer than a conventional outdoor print.
What Is Included
- One Travira Ottoman frame in powder coated aluminum
- One cushion in the fabric you choose
Chairs and tables shown in our photography are sold separately.

Care and Maintenance
Cushions. Brush off loose dirt, sponge with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not machine dry. Bring cushions in or cover them when the piece is not in use for long stretches.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the fabric choices?
Only the fabric. Foam, cover construction and dimensions are identical. Bliss Linen is the stocked Sunbrella acrylic. The solution dyed polyester range is stocked in five colors. Any other Sunbrella fabric is made to order.
What colors does the polyester come in?
Five: Eggshell White, Ice Blue, Jet Black, Midnight Blue and Stone. They are solution dyed, meaning the pigment is in the fiber rather than printed on the surface, so the color runs through the yarn. Tell us the color you want when you order.
Can I choose any Sunbrella fabric?
Yes. Any Sunbrella fabric can be made to order. Call 631 678-6506 and we will confirm the fabric before the order goes in.
Will the aluminum frame rust near a pool?
Aluminum does not rust. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, so it holds up at the joints where outdoor frames usually fail first. Rinse the frame occasionally if it sits right at the water line.
Will it line up with the Travira lounge chair?
Yes. The ottoman top and the lounge chair seat are both 18 inches off the ground, so pushed together they make one continuous surface rather than a step.
Can people sit on it?
Yes. At 29.5 by 26.5 inches with the same cushion construction as the seating, it takes an extra person comfortably when a group outgrows the chairs.
Is the cushion included?
Yes. The ottoman is sold complete with its cushion, in the fabric you choose.
Does this ship by freight?
No. At 27 pounds in a 32 by 30 by 16 inch carton it is within parcel limits and goes by ground carrier, unless it happens to travel with larger Travira pieces on the same order.
