Travira C-Table
A C shaped side table that slides its foot under a lounge chair so the top sits over your lap rather than beside your elbow. The top is 12.5 by 20 inches at 24 inches high, which clears the arm of the Travira cushioned seating.
- The base slides under the seat. That is the whole point of a C-table. The 20 inch deep foot goes under a chair or a cushioned seat and the top cantilevers over it, so a laptop or a plate sits in front of you.
- 24 inches high, over the 18 inch Travira seat. Six inches of clearance above the Travira cushion line, which puts the top comfortably above the arm of the cushioned lounge chair.
- Six top finishes. Four high pressure laminate patterns, Marshland Oak, Enigma, Skyline and Starlight, plus Tekwood.
- Light enough to reposition with one hand. Eight and a half pounds with a Tekwood top, ten with high pressure laminate.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
High pressure laminate tops. Layers of resin impregnated paper fused under heat and pressure into one dense sheet. Offered on Travira in four patterns: Marshland Oak, Enigma, Skyline and Starlight.
Tekwood tops. Oxford Garden's wood look outdoor surface, offered in Natural and Vintage. It carries a grain without the sanding, oiling and sealing a real timber top needs outdoors.

Care and Maintenance
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Tops. Wipe HPL and Tekwood tops with mild soap and water. No sealer, no oil, no wax.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I clean an HPL or Tekwood top?
Mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth. Neither needs sealing, oiling or annual refinishing. Keep abrasive pads and scouring powder off them, because a dulled patch cannot be blended back in afterwards.
Will the aluminum frame rust?
No. Aluminum does not rust, which is why it is the default frame material for poolside and coastal furniture. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, so it resists chipping at the joints.
What is a C-table for?
It brings a surface over the seat instead of next to it. The base slides under a chair or a cushioned seat and the top cantilevers forward, so you can put a drink, a plate or a laptop directly in front of you.
Will it fit under the Travira cushioned seating?
The foot is 20 inches deep and the top stands 24 inches high against an 18 inch Travira seat height, so it slides in under the cushion and clears the arm. Check the ground clearance on any other brand of chair.
How big is the top?
12.5 by 20 inches. That takes a laptop, a book and a drink, or a dinner plate and a glass. It is a working surface for one person, not a shared table.
Which top should I choose?
High pressure laminate for the hardest wearing surface, particularly in commercial use. Tekwood if you want a wood look. HPL is about a pound and a half heavier.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes. Nothing about it restricts indoor use and the surfaces wipe down the same way. It is built for weather, which simply means it will outlast an indoor table in a sun room.
