Travira 36" Round Bar Table
A 36 inch round bar table on a single 23 inch weighted column, standing 41.5 inches high. A round top with no corners and no legs is the easiest shape to crowd around, which is what a bar table is for.
- A round top on a weighted pedestal. No corners to catch a hip, no legs to straddle. The 52 lb base plate is what lets a 36 inch round top stand at 41.5 inches without feeling tippy.
- Eight tops, three materials. Four high pressure laminate finishes, two Lite-Core and two Tekwood, all over the same Flint powder coated aluminum column.
- Assembled weight from 82 to 117 lb. The Lite-Core version is 117 lb assembled. This is a table that gets positioned once.
- Bar height, 41.5 inches. Pairs with the Travira bar chair. It is not a counter height table.

The Travira 36 inch round bar table is a standing height pedestal table in powder coated marine grade aluminum. Oxford Garden uses a 23 inch weighted base plate under a single column, which is the arrangement that keeps a tall round table stable.

Table Top Options
Travira tables are built on one powder coated aluminum base and offered with more than one top material. The base, the footprint and the table height do not change between them. What changes is the top, and the top changes the look and the weight.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Frame finish. Flint, a gray powder coat.
HPL tops. High pressure laminate. The sheet is non porous, so spilled wine and sunscreen sit on the surface rather than soaking in, and it is never sealed or oiled.
Tekwood tops. Oxford Garden's wood grain composite, offered in Natural and Vintage. It reads as timber across the table but takes no annual treatment and does not silver the way real teak does.
Lite-Core tops. A cast core top offered on Travira only, in Ash and Charcoal. It is by a wide margin the heaviest of the three: on this table a Lite-Core top carton runs 57 lb against 29 lb for Tekwood.

Care and Maintenance
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
HPL and Lite-Core tops. Non porous. Wipe down with mild soap and water. No sealer, no oil, no wax.
Tekwood tops. Same routine. Tekwood is a composite, so it does not need the annual oiling a natural wood top would, and it does not weather to gray.
Off season. The table can stay outside all year.

What is the difference between the top materials?
They are different tops on an identical base. HPL is a high pressure laminate. Tekwood is a wood grain composite. Lite-Core is offered on Travira only. The footprint, the height and the frame do not change; the top sets the look and most of the weight.
What color is the frame?
Flint, a soft gray powder coat over marine grade aluminum. The coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it holds at the welds and corners where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. It arrives in 3 cartons with the top packed separately from the column and base, and they bolt together on site. Plan on two people. The top carton is the heavy one and it is awkward rather than difficult.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. Powder coated aluminum does not rust, and none of the three top materials needs sealing, oiling or waxing. Wash it with mild soap and water. Nothing has to come indoors at the end of the season.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight to the curb with lift gate service. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery window. The driver brings it to the curb only, so arrange help for moving it through a gate or onto a deck.
How many people can stand around it?
Four comfortably. A 36 inch round gives you about nine and a half feet of edge, and since the support is one 23 inch column there is nowhere a stool cannot be pulled in.
Why is the Lite-Core version so much heavier?
The top. A Lite-Core top carton for this table is 57 lb against 29 lb for Tekwood, which takes the assembled table from 82 lb to 117 lb. The base and column are identical on both.
