Travira 34" Square Bar Table
The largest bar height table in the Travira range: 34 inches square at 41.5 inches, on the 23 inch base. Four stools sit one to a side with 34 inches of edge each, which is a proper table to eat at standing height rather than a place to set a glass down.
- Four at a side each. 1,156 square inches of top. Nobody is sharing a corner.
- Ninety three and a half pounds with an HPL top. Fifty two of that is the base. This table does not move when the wind gets under an umbrella nearby.
- Bar height, 41.5 inches. Built around a 32 inch stool seat, which is what both Travira bar chairs give you.
- Six tops. Four HPL colorways and two slatted Tekwood, on the same Flint powder coated column.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
HPL tops. High pressure laminate: paper and resin fused under heat and pressure into a dense sheet. It does not take a water ring, it does not silver in the sun and a hot mug will not mark it. Four colorways: Marshland Oak, code D, Enigma, code G, Starlight, code S, and Skyline, code Y.
Tekwood tops. Slatted Tekwood in Natural, code N, or Vintage, code V. The slatted top drains, which is why it is the lighter of the two by several pounds.

Shipping and Delivery
This piece ships by LTL freight, not by parcel carrier, at 105 lb.

Care and Maintenance
Table top. Soap, water and a cloth. HPL is non porous, so a spill sits on the surface rather than soaking in. Tekwood slats rinse clean and drain between the boards. Skip abrasive powders on both.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many stools fit?
Four, one to a side, with 34 inches of edge each. Six would mean doubling up on two sides, which works for drinks and not for plates.
What stool height do I need?
Thirty to thirty two inches. The Travira Bar Chair and Sling Bar Chair are both 32 inches, leaving 9.5 inches under the 41.5 inch top.
Is it heavy to set up?
The base is 52 lb on its own and the assembled table is 86 to 93.5 lb. Two people, and decide where it is going before you bolt the column on.
HPL or Tekwood: what is the real difference?
Surface and weight. HPL is a solid, non porous laminate sheet, so a spill sits on top of it and a hot mug leaves no mark. Tekwood is slatted, so rain drains straight through and the table is a few pounds lighter.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. It arrives as three cartons, top, column and base, and the three bolt together. Two people and fifteen minutes. Unpack all three before you start so you can check the top for transit damage while the shipment is still on the receipt.

Can it live outside all year?
Yes. Marine grade aluminum does not rust, so the frame is not depending on the coating staying perfect to survive the winter. Wash it with mild soap and water when it looks dirty and leave it where it is.
