Travira 32" Round Bistro Table
A 32 inch round pedestal table at dining height, which is the smallest Travira top that genuinely seats four. The pedestal stays at 17 inches, so nobody is straddling a leg, and the round edge means there is no wrong place to put a chair.
- Four seats, no legs in the way. A 32 inch round gives just over 100 inches of edge, about 25 inches per person, on a base only 17 inches across.
- Round works for conversation. Nobody sits at the head of it, which is why a round top of this size gets used for cards and coffee as often as for meals.
- Six tops. Four HPL colorways and two slatted Tekwood, on the same Flint powder coated column.
- Fifty eight and a half pounds. Heavy enough that four people can lean on the same edge without the top moving.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
HPL tops. High pressure laminate: paper and resin fused under heat and pressure into a dense sheet. It does not take a water ring, it does not silver in the sun and a hot mug will not mark it. Four colorways: Marshland Oak, code D, Enigma, code G, Starlight, code S, and Skyline, code Y.
Tekwood tops. Slatted Tekwood in Natural, code N, or Vintage, code V. The slatted top drains, which is why it is the lighter of the two by several pounds.

This piece ships by LTL freight, not by parcel carrier, at 66 lb.

Care and Maintenance
Table top. Soap, water and a cloth. HPL is non porous, so a spill sits on the surface rather than soaking in. Tekwood slats rinse clean and drain between the boards. Skip abrasive powders on both.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it really seat four?
Yes, for a meal. The 32 inch top gives 100.5 inches of edge, so four people have about 25 inches each, which is a normal place setting. Two people get a generous table.
What chairs go with it?
Anything with a 17 to 18 inch seat. The Travira Side Chair at 17 inches fits four around it without the arms fouling; the 22 inch wide Armchair is better at two.
How does it compare with the 34 inch square?
The square top has 1,156 square inches against 804 on this one and takes four settings more squarely. The round is lighter, has no corners to catch on and fits a narrower space.
HPL or Tekwood: what is the real difference?
Surface and weight. HPL is a solid, non porous laminate sheet, so a spill sits on top of it and a hot mug leaves no mark. Tekwood is slatted, so rain drains straight through and the table is a few pounds lighter.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. It arrives as three cartons, top, column and base, and the three bolt together. Two people and fifteen minutes. Unpack all three before you start so you can check the top for transit damage while the shipment is still on the receipt.
