Travira 32" Round Bar Table
A 32 inch round bar height table on the wide 23 inch base. Four stools fit around it, and the heavier base is there for a reason: a tall table with people leaning on one side needs weight at the floor.
- Four stools at bar height. A hundred inches of edge at 41.5 inches off the ground, with 9.5 inches of clearance over a 32 inch stool seat.
- The 23 inch base. Fifty two pounds of it. That is what holds a narrow, tall table steady when four people lean on the same edge.
- Round, so there is no head of the table. The reason bar height rounds end up as the social table on a terrace.
- Six tops. Four HPL colorways and two slatted Tekwood, on the same Flint powder coated column.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
HPL tops. High pressure laminate: paper and resin fused under heat and pressure into a dense sheet. It does not take a water ring, it does not silver in the sun and a hot mug will not mark it. Four colorways: Marshland Oak, code D, Enigma, code G, Starlight, code S, and Skyline, code Y.
Tekwood tops. Slatted Tekwood in Natural, code N, or Vintage, code V. The slatted top drains, which is why it is the lighter of the two by several pounds.

This piece ships by LTL freight, not by parcel carrier, at 91 lb.

Care and Maintenance
Table top. Soap, water and a cloth. HPL is non porous, so a spill sits on the surface rather than soaking in. Tekwood slats rinse clean and drain between the boards. Skip abrasive powders on both.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many stools fit?
Four. The 32 inch top gives 100.5 inches of edge, about 25 inches per person, which is right for standing drinks and workable for a meal.
What stool height do I need?
Thirty to thirty two inches. Both Travira bar chairs sit at 32 inches, leaving 9.5 inches under the 41.5 inch top. Counter stools at 23 inches do not belong at this table.
Why is the base bigger than on the 24 inch bar table?
Because the top is bigger and the leverage is longer. This table uses the 23 inch base at 52 lb rather than the 17 inch base at 30 lb. Assembled it comes in at 77 to 81.5 lb.
HPL or Tekwood: what is the real difference?
Surface and weight. HPL is a solid, non porous laminate sheet, so a spill sits on top of it and a hot mug leaves no mark. Tekwood is slatted, so rain drains straight through and the table is a few pounds lighter.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. It arrives as three cartons, top, column and base, and the three bolt together. Two people and fifteen minutes. Unpack all three before you start so you can check the top for transit damage while the shipment is still on the receipt.
What frame color is this?

Can it live outside all year?
Yes. Marine grade aluminum does not rust, so the frame is not depending on the coating staying perfect to survive the winter. Wash it with mild soap and water when it looks dirty and leave it where it is.
