Travira 26" Square Bistro Table
A 26 inch square pedestal table at dining height, with eight tops to choose from: four HPL colorways, two Lite-Core and two Tekwood. The square top gives two people more usable surface than a round of the same span, and it pushes flat against a wall.
- Square beats round for two. 676 square inches of top against 452 on the 24 inch round. Two full place settings and something in the middle.
- Eight tops on one base. The only Travira bistro table at this size offered in Lite-Core as well as HPL and Tekwood.
- Lite-Core is the heavy option. Its top ships at 49 lb against 22 lb for Tekwood. On an exposed terrace that difference is the whole argument.
- A 17 inch pedestal base. Narrow enough that two chairs pull in from opposite sides without meeting it.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
HPL tops. High pressure laminate: paper and resin fused under heat and pressure into a dense sheet. It does not take a water ring, it does not silver in the sun and a hot mug will not mark it. Offered in Marshland Oak, Enigma, Starlight and Skyline.
Lite-Core tops. Offered on the Travira collection and no other, in Ash and Charcoal. It is the heaviest top of the three, which is what makes the table sit still on an open terrace.
Tekwood tops. Slatted Tekwood in Natural or Vintage, and the lightest of the three.
Frame finish. Flint powder coat on the column and base.

Frame Finish
Travira is powder coated marine grade aluminum. The coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it holds at the joints and around the fastener heads where outdoor furniture usually gives up first.

Care and Maintenance
Table top. Soap, water and a cloth. HPL and Lite-Core are non porous, so a spill sits on the surface rather than soaking in. Tekwood slats rinse clean and drain between the boards. Skip abrasive powders on all three.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

Is it 25 inches or 26 inches?
Twenty six. The measured top is 26" W x 26" D on every version, HPL, Lite-Core and Tekwood.
How many people fit?
Two comfortably, at 26 inches of edge each on opposite sides. Four is only realistic for drinks, since each person gets a 13 inch half side.
HPL, Lite-Core or Tekwood: what is the real difference?
Surface and weight. HPL is a solid, non porous laminate sheet that wipes clean and shows no grain. Lite-Core is the heaviest and stays put in wind. Tekwood is slatted, so it drains through and is the lightest of the three.
Why is Lite-Core so much heavier?
Its top ships in a 31 by 30 by 7 inch carton at 49 lb, against 26 lb for HPL and 22 lb for Tekwood. Assembled, the table goes from 48 lb to 71 lb. It is the choice for a windy site.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. It arrives as three cartons, top, column and base, and the three bolt together. Two people and fifteen minutes. Unpack all three before you start so you can check the top for transit damage while the shipment is still on the receipt.
What frame color is this?
Flint. Oxford Garden also photographs Travira in Chalk and Carbon. Ask us before you order if you want one of those instead.
Can it live outside all year?
Yes. Marine grade aluminum does not rust, so the frame is not depending on the coating staying perfect to survive the winter. Wash it with mild soap and water when it looks dirty and leave it where it is.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight to the curb with lift gate service. You will be called to arrange a delivery window. The driver brings it to the curb; carrying it through a gate or onto a deck is not part of the service, so have a second pair of hands ready.
