Seavo Collection
Seavo Sofa
Six and a half feet of Seavo: a three seat sofa on a curved aluminum frame, with a continuous 70.5 inch seat cushion and a 24.25 inch back cushion. It is the largest piece in the collection and the one everything else gets arranged around.
- 77.75 inches across. A genuine three seater. It needs a clear run of about seven feet, which rules out most balconies and suits a terrace.
- One continuous 70.5 inch seat cushion. No seams to slide into at the divisions between seats, which is the usual weak point of a long outdoor sofa.
- 56.5 pounds. Heavy enough to stay put in weather, light enough that two people can lift it into position without a dolly.
- Matches the club chair and loveseat. 17.75 inch seat, 31.5 inches deep and a 4.5 inch seat cushion on all three, so a full group sits level.

Cushion and Fabric Options
The cushion itself is the same whichever fabric you choose. Foam, cover construction and finished dimensions are identical; the only thing that changes is the Sunbrella fabric.
| Option | What it is |
|---|---|
| Bliss Linen | Bliss Linen, the Sunbrella solution dyed acrylic Oxford Garden stocks for Seavo. |
| Mainstreet Dove | Mainstreet Dove, the second Sunbrella Oxford Garden stocks for Seavo. |
| Other Sunbrella fabrics, made to order | Your choice from the wider Sunbrella range, made to order in the fabric you pick. |
Own fabric orders are quoted by phone, because the cost depends on the material, the yardage and the run. We will confirm the quote with Oxford Garden before anything is ordered.
Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive, and it stays light enough that one person can move the piece without help. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it holds at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Feet. Leg end caps are fitted at the factory so the frame does not mark decking, tile or stone when it is slid rather than lifted.
Cushions. Solution dyed acrylic. The color goes into the fiber before it is spun rather than being printed onto finished cloth, which is why these fabrics hold color in direct sun far longer than a conventional outdoor print.
What Is Included
- One Seavo Sofa on a powder coated aluminum frame
- One seat cushion, 70.5" W x 19" D x 4.5" H, in the fabric you select
- One back cushion, 66" W x 8" D x 24.25" H, in the same fabric
The powder coat finish is specified at order time and confirmed on your acknowledgment.

Care and Maintenance
Cushions. Brush off loose dirt, sponge with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not machine dry. Bring cushions in or cover them when the piece is not in use for long stretches.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up a deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The powder coated aluminum frame can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people does it seat?
Three comfortably. At 77.75 inches wide with a 17.75 inch seat and 31.5 inches of depth it is a full size outdoor sofa, designed to face a pair of Seavo club chairs across a low table.
Will it fit through my gate?
The carton is 80 inches long by 33 wide by 36 high and the sofa is 77.75 by 31.5. That clears a 36 inch gate turned on edge, but an eighty inch box will not take a tight corner. Walk the route before delivery day.
Sofa or loveseat?
The sofa is 77.75 inches wide, the loveseat 55.5. Twenty two inches is the difference between anchoring a terrace and overwhelming a deck, so measure the wall or edge you are working to before you choose.
Is the seat cushion one piece?
Yes, a single 70.5 inch cushion rather than three. There are no seams between seat positions, which is where long outdoor sofas usually start to look tired first.
What is the difference between the fabric choices?
Only the cloth. Foam, cover construction and finished dimensions are identical. Bliss Linen and Mainstreet Dove are both stocked for Seavo, and any other Sunbrella fabric is made to order in whichever you pick.
Can I leave it outside all year?
The powder coated aluminum frame can stay out. Cushions this size are worth storing dry or covering during long wet stretches, simply because there is a lot of fabric to keep in good order.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight on a pallet, to the curb with lift gate service, at 84 pounds. The carrier contacts you to arrange a window. Moving it from the curb into a yard is not part of the service.
What else is in the Seavo collection?
An armchair and a side chair for dining, a bar stool, and a club chair, loveseat and sofa for lounging. The three lounge pieces share a 17.75 inch seat and 31.5 inches of depth, so they combine into one group without a step between them.
