Malti 36 inch Round Folding Bar Table
A 36 inch round bar table at 41.5 inches high, on a folding aluminum base with a high pressure laminate top. It is the direct partner to the Malti Bar Chair, whose 32.5 inch seat leaves about nine inches of clearance underneath.
- A 41.5 inch bar height. Sized for the Malti Bar Chair at a 32.5 inch seat. Standing height for a crowd, seated height for four.
- A folding base. It comes apart for storage at the end of the season, which a fixed pedestal bar table does not.
- Thirty seven pounds. Light for a bar table, which matters because a tall table is awkward to carry however much it weighs.
- The same laminate top as the dining tables. Four finishes, sealed against sun, rain and a wet glass left overnight.

The Malti 36 inch Round Folding Bar Table is the bar height table in Oxford Garden's Malti range. It shares its high pressure laminate top and folding aluminum base with the 36 inch dining version and stands nearly a foot taller.

Table Top Options
Every Malti table top is high pressure laminate over the same powder coated aluminum base. The four finishes are the same build, so this is purely a look decision.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Top. High pressure laminate. HPL is a decorative sheet bonded under heat and pressure onto a dense core, which is why it takes sun, rain and a wet glass without swelling, checking or needing to be sealed each spring. It does not have to be brought inside for winter and it does not change color on one side of the table.

Care and Maintenance
High pressure laminate. Mild soap, warm water and a cloth. It is a sealed surface, so nothing soaks in and nothing needs re-oiling. Skip abrasive powders and scouring pads, which leave a dull patch that will not buff out.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The table can stay outside all year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the four tops the same build?
Yes. Marshland Oak, Enigma, Skyline and Starlight are the same high pressure laminate on the same aluminum base, so the choice is purely about the look you want.
Can the table stay outside through the winter?
Yes. The base is powder coated aluminum and the top is high pressure laminate, so there is no wood to swell, no seal to renew and nothing that rusts. A cover keeps grit off the surface but is not needed to protect it.
Which chairs go with it?
The Malti Bar Chair or the Malti Strap Bar Chair, both seated at 32.5 inches. Against this 41.5 inch top that leaves roughly nine inches of knee clearance. Counter height chairs at a 25 inch seat will sit too low.
How many bar chairs fit?
Three or four around a 36 inch round top, depending on how much elbow room you want. At 23.25 inches wide the Malti bar chairs will take four with people standing shoulder to shoulder.
What frame colors can I get?
Frame color is a powder coat selection made with the order, from Oxford Garden's standard Malti range. Tell us the finish you want when you order and we will confirm it before the order goes in.
How is this delivered?
By LTL freight to the curb with lift gate service on a palletized shipment, not by parcel carrier. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery window. The driver is not able to carry it into a yard, through a gate or onto a deck.
