The low table on the Koral module: a 36.5 inch square high pressure laminate top at 10 inches high, on the same aluminum base as the seating. Four HPL tops are offered, so the choice is purely about which surface you want in the middle of the group.
- 36.5 inches, the Koral module. The table matches the plan of a side seat, so a square group of four modules closes around it with even gaps on all four sides.
- Four HPL tops. Enigma, Marshland Oak, Skyline and Starlight. High pressure laminate does not take a water ring, does not silver in the sun and does not need sealing.
- 10 inches high. Five and a half inches below the 15.5 inch Koral seat height, which is low enough to look right under deep seating and still within easy reach.
- 40 lb on a powder coated base. Enough weight to stay put on an exposed terrace without being a job to reposition.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.
Top. High pressure laminate. Layers of paper and resin are fused under heat and pressure into one dense sheet, which is why an HPL top stays flat outdoors, does not absorb a spill and does not silver in the sun the way timber does.

This piece ships by LTL freight, not by parcel carrier, at 50 lb.

Care and Maintenance
HPL top. Soap, water and a cloth. The surface is non porous, so a wet glass leaves nothing behind. Avoid abrasive powders, which dull the sheen.
Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.
Off season. The frame can stay outside all year.

What is HPL?
High pressure laminate: layers of paper and resin fused under heat and pressure into a single dense sheet. Outdoors that means a top that stays flat, does not absorb a spill, does not need oiling and holds its color through direct sun.
Which top should I choose?
Enigma, Marshland Oak, Skyline and Starlight differ only in appearance, so pick on looks alone. Marshland Oak is the wood toned one of the four.
Is there an Ice White top?
No. The Koral Coffee Table comes with four HPL tops: Enigma, Marshland Oak, Skyline and Starlight. Ice White is not available for this table, so we do not offer one.
How does it sit with Koral seating?
The top is at 10 inches against a 15.5 inch seat height, a drop of 5.5 inches. Leave 16 to 18 inches between the table edge and the seat fronts and a four sided Koral group closes neatly around it.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. An HPL top on a powder coated aluminum base has nothing in it that rots, rusts or needs refinishing. Wash it with soap and water and leave it where it is.
How is it delivered?
By LTL freight to the curb with lift gate service, at 50 lb in a carton of 37 by 37 by 17 inches.
