The armless Kapri chair: 8.5 pounds, 22.25 inches wide, and it stacks. It is the chair to buy in quantity when a terrace, a rooftop or a dining table has to seat more people than it looks like it can.
- 22.25 inches wide. Three inches narrower than the Kapri armchair, which on a long table is the difference between eight seats and ten.
- 8.5 pounds. The lightest chair in this batch of the Oxford Garden range. Staff can move them four at a time.
- A 17 inch seat. Standard dining height, half an inch above the Kapri armchair, so the two read as level around one table.
- Stacks, and does not rust. Marine grade aluminum with a baked powder coat, which is the combination that survives being stacked, knocked and left out.

Materials and Construction
Frame. Marine grade aluminum, powder coated. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame does not depend on a coating staying perfect to survive. The powder coat is baked on rather than sprayed, which is why it resists chipping at the joints where outdoor furniture usually fails first.

Powder coated aluminum. Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners, which dull the finish. Touch up any deep scratch promptly so salt and grit have nothing to work at.

How many fit around a 42 inch square table?
Four, one per side, with room at the corners. Each chair is 22.25 inches wide, so on a 67 inch round table you can work up to eight without anyone touching shoulders.
Do they stack?
Yes, that is the design brief of the whole Kapri collection. Identical Kapri frames nest on top of each other, which is how a terrace puts out forty chairs for a service and clears them afterward.
Does the frame rust?

How do I clean it?

No. Stacking works between identical frames because the legs have to nest. Side chairs stack with side chairs and armchairs with armchairs.
