Questions people ask us
Will it work for my stove?
If your stove's manual asks for ember protection only and the stove is no larger than 28" deep by 30" wide, Osburn recommends this size. It is not for appliances that need an insulating R-value.
Where can it go?
On a continuous, flat, level floor. Not on carpet, not cut or trimmed, and not butted against another floor protector. Follow local building code.
How do I clean it?
With the stove and pad cool, use a stove glass cleaner with a paper towel or damp cloth. Clean the underside well before you set it down, because you cannot reach it afterward.
Is it big enough for my install?
Send us your stove model and the required floor protection from its manual through our contact page and we will check it.
