The Osburn 3500-I faceplate frames the 3500-I wood insert in your fireplace, in Medium 32" x 44" (OA10032) or Large 32" x 50" (OA10033). The panels bolt together, take a set of trims, and mount on the insert with the faceplate extension. Trims are sold separately in black or brushed nickel.

Which size do I need?
The Medium covers up to 32" x 44" and the Large up to 32" x 50". Choose the one that fully overlaps your fireplace opening.
How does it assemble?
The 3500-I manual has you lay the panels face down and bolt the top panel to the two sides, fit the trim corner brackets and slide the trims over the faceplate, lock them with eight trim retainers, then bolt on the faceplate extension and tighten it to the insert with a 7/16" wrench.
Are trims included?
No. Use OA10125 black trims with the Medium, and OA10128 black or OA10129 brushed nickel with the Large.
