The Napoleon W573-0007 is black high temp Mill Pac, a high temperature sealant that Napoleon's gas fireplace installation manuals call for on vent connections. The Elevation X manual uses it to seal the exhaust flue collar and the joint between the inner flex pipe and the collar. It is not supplied with the fireplace, so installers order it separately.

Where does it go?
Napoleon's Elevation X manual says the exhaust flue collar must be sealed using Mill Pac, including the joint between the inner flex pipe and the collar, and that exhaust and intake vent pipe joints are sealed with W573-0002 red RTV high temp silicone or W573-0007 black Mill Pac.
Does it come with the fireplace?
No. Napoleon's manuals list it as not supplied, so it is ordered separately for the installation.
