This is Napoleon's replacement premium safety screen for the Elevation X direct vent gas fireplace, part W565-0326-SER for the EX36 and W565-0327-SER for the EX42. The Elevation X ships with a premium safety barrier that reduces the risk of burns from the hot glass. Use this part when the screen in that barrier is damaged or worn.

Which part number do I need?
Choose W565-0326-SER for the Elevation X 36 and W565-0327-SER for the Elevation X 42. The model number is on the fireplace rating plate.
Can I run the fireplace without the screen?
No. Napoleon's gas fireplace manuals say the barrier provided with the appliance must be installed, and that any screen or barrier removed for servicing must be put back before the fireplace is used. A damaged barrier should be replaced with the manufacturer's barrier for that appliance.
How do I keep the screen clean?
Napoleon notes that a safety screen may need cleaning because of lint and dust from carpets and pets. Clean it only when the fireplace is off and cool.
