Questions people ask us

What is the W175-0347 used on?

It converts a natural gas Napoleon Fiberglow GL18E (sold as GL18NE) log set to propane, according to Napoleon's instruction sheet W415-1072.

How is it different from the other Fiberglow kits?

Each size has its own burner orifice, so the kits are not interchangeable. The GL24E kit is W175-0348 and the GL30E kit is W175-0346.

Can I install it without a technician?

We recommend a qualified service agency. Napoleon's sheet specifically notes that air shutter adjustment must be done by a qualified installer.
