Questions people ask us
Does it fit the Orion Traditional?
The Orion Traditional (V1) uses a different screen part number for each size, and 01-00100 appears for only one of them. For a Traditional, send us the model and serial number and we will confirm the right screen.
How do I confirm this is the right part?
Read the model number on your fireplace's rating label and match it to the models above. Part 01-00100 is listed for those models in Modern Flames' replacement parts list. If you are not sure, send us the model and serial number and we will check before you order.
Can I replace it myself?
Turn the fireplace off, switch off the breaker and unplug it before any work. Internal electrical parts should be replaced by a qualified service technician following Modern Flames' instructions.
