Mater Ocean Bench

The Mater Ocean Bench is a 61.8 inch recycled plastic outdoor bench with a slatted back and an 18.1 inch seat height. It works as garden seating on its own or as one long side of an Ocean dining table.

Why it works outside

• Built for weather Ocean is Mater's outdoor collection. The frame is recycled steel tube in a gunmetal finish and the slats are solid recycled plastic, so there is no cushion to haul in and nothing to rot.
• Seats three Five feet of bench with a real backrest, not a backless plank.
• Matches the dining height 18.1 inch seat against the Ocean Table's 29.1 inch top, so it slides straight under.

Because every batch is milled from reclaimed waste, color and speckle vary slightly from piece to piece. That variation is the material, not a flaw.

Good to know

Sold as a single bench. Designed by Jorgen and Nanna Ditzel. Made in Poland. Wipe down with mild soap and water. Processing is typically two to three weeks from order. Mater ships direct to you, curbside, so plan on a hand to carry it in from the curb. We quote freight separately before anything ships.
