Questions people ask us
Does it include the fan?
No. It is the speed control only. The fan is the FK12 fan kit, sold separately.
Will it work on a BR (radiant) model?
The Royalton BC42 spec sheet lists the FK12 fan kit and the SCVS for the BC42 only, the circulating model. Send us your model and we will check yours.
Who should wire it?
Turn off the power at the breaker first. A qualified electrician should wire the control to the fan kit instructions and local codes.
How do I confirm my model?
The model and serial number are on the UL label inside the firebox. Send them to us and we will confirm the control and fan kit.
