The Majestic BGK-48 is the optional reflective black ceramic glass liner kit for the Echelon II 48 linear direct vent gas fireplace. It lines the firebox in black glass that reflects the flames across the long linear burner. Majestic's parts list describes the kit as including its manual bag assembly and refractory assembly.

Does it fit the Echelon II 36?

No. The 36 uses BGK-36. Ask us for that one or for the 60 and 72.

What media goes with the black glass?

The Echelon II comes standard with bronze glass media. Majestic also offers Diamond, Onyx and Sapphire glass; the 48 takes up to 4 bags.

Is it hard to install?

The kit comes with its own instructions in the manual bag. If you are not comfortable working in the firebox, have your hearth installer fit it.
