Questions people ask us
Is this the right brick for my fireplace?
It is for the BR36 and BC36 with an H or P in the serial number or plant code. Send us the label details and we will check.
What if my code has an X?
Then the manual calls for the white hearth brick, 20007494, not this grey one.
Does it fit the BR42 or BC42?
No. The 42 inch models use hearth brick 3032103 (grey) or 20007496 (white).
Who should replace it?
Only work on a cold fireplace with the fire fully out and the ashes removed. A qualified hearth technician can fit it if you are not comfortable doing it yourself, following the owner's manual for the fireplace.
