The LeGriddle GFTHERMO is the replacement valve thermocouple for the GFE gas griddles, made of copper wire with brass fittings. The thermocouple is part of the safety system that cuts the gas if a burner flame goes out. Each burner has one: one on the GFE40, two on the GFE75, three on the GFE105 and four on the GFE160.

What does the thermocouple do?
It senses the burner flame. If the flame goes out, the thermocouple lets the valve cut off the gas to that burner.
Does it fit the Pro or Commercial Series?
