The Iron Strike surround kit frames the MPI32-B direct vent gas insert, sold as the Iron Strike Madison Park 32 and the Country Stoves Mallard Point 32. IHP makes four 3 sided sizes and one 4 sided kit you can trim to fit, listed width by height. One surround kit is required with every insert.

Is a surround required?
Yes. IHP lists the surround kit as a required accessory, one per insert.
What is the difference between 3 sided and 4 sided?
The 3 sided kits frame the top and sides. The 4 sided kit is trimmable, so it can be cut to fit the opening.
Will it fit my Mallard Point?
Yes, if it is the Mallard Point 32 (MPI32-B). The 27, 32 and 34 inserts each have their own surround sizes.
