Questions people ask us
How do I confirm it is the right part?
Find the model and serial number on the rating plate of your fireplace, then check the part number on the service parts list for that model. Hearth & Home Technologies lists this part for the Lanai ODLANAIG-48, ODLANAIG-60, the Lanai see-through ODLANAIGST-48/60 and the PHOENIX42-IFT. Send us the model and serial and we will check it for you.
Is this used on propane units?
It is listed as the NG pilot assembly. Propane conversion follows the conversion kit listed for your model.
Who should replace it?
Turn off the gas and the power and let the fireplace cool before any work. A qualified service technician should replace gas and control parts to the installation manual, and a licensed gas professional should make any gas connection to local codes and leak test it afterward.
