The Heat & Glo SLP-WS is the wall shield firestop for 4 x 6-5/8 inch SLP SlimLine direct vent pipe passing through a combustible wall. It holds the clearance between the pipe and the wall framing. HHT's SLP heat shield fits walls 4-3/8 to 7-5/8 inches thick. Part number SLP-WS.

Wherever SLP pipe passes through a combustible wall. HHT's SlimLine manual names the SLP-WS for SLP pipe and the DVP-WS for DVP pipe.

My wall is thicker than 7-5/8 in.

Then HHT calls for a DVP-HSM-B extended heat shield. Ask us and we will add it to your order.

Will it fit my fireplace?

SLP parts are listed for Heat & Glo direct vent gas fireplaces whose installation manual names SLP venting. The SlimLine SL-5, SL-7 and SL-9 manual, for example, approves both SLP and DVP. Send us your model and we will check the vent list for you.
