The Heat & Glo PVV-SLEEVE-12 is a 12 inch long, 8 inch diameter sleeve for the PVV-SLP vertical power vent. It protects the power vent wire harness from the weather where it passes through the roof or chase top. At least one sleeve is required with every PVV-SLP. Part number PVV-SLEEVE-12.

Yes, with a PVV-SLP. The instructions require at least one PVV-SLEEVE, and more depending on the installation.
12 or 48 inch?
Pick the length that passes through the roof or chase top and extends at least 2 in. through the flashing. The sleeve can be cut to size, and HHT also makes a 48 in. version.
Where does the storm collar go?
The storm collar attaches to the lowest sleeve section.
