Which fireplaces use it?
The HEAT-ZONE-PRIMO kit is approved for the PRIMO48, PRIMO48ST, PRIMO60, PRIMO60ST, PRIMO72 and PRIMO72ST.
Is the whole Heat-Zone kit included?
No. This is the register adaptor frame only. The kit also lists 6 inch duct (659-200), junction boxes (659-122), air registers (659-150), register adaptor frames (695-125), duct adaptors (659-129), clamps (662-803) and a rheostat (2326-216).
How do I know which part failed?
A technician should check the system first. Contact us with your fireplace model and what is happening.
Who should install it?
Turn off the power and the gas and let the fireplace cool first. A qualified service technician should replace electrical and control parts, following the wiring diagram in the installation manual.
