Questions people ask us
How do I confirm it is the right part?
Find the model and serial number on the rating plate of your fireplace, then check this part number on the service parts list for that model. Hearth & Home Technologies lists it for the SLR32. Send us the model and serial and we will check it for you.
Is it for propane?
No. It is the natural gas pilot assembly. Send us your model and serial for the propane part.
Will it fit other models?
We list it for the SLR32 only. If you have another model, send us the rating plate details and we will check its own parts list.
Who should replace it?
Turn off the gas and the power and let the fireplace cool before any work. A qualified service technician should replace gas parts to the installation manual, and a licensed gas professional should make the gas connection to local codes and leak test it afterward.
