Flare RBS-ST-EH is the black reflective ceramic glass side panel set for Flare See-Through direct vent fireplaces with 30 inch extra high glass (the -EH models). The sides use the same high temperature Neo-Ceram glass-ceramic as Flare's reflective back, so the flame and media reflect off the ends of the firebox instead of the standard matte black. Flare recommends side panels for see-through, corner and passage models.

Which fireplaces does RBS-ST-EH fit?
Flare See-Through direct vent fireplaces with 30 inch extra high glass (the -EH models). Send us the model from the rating plate and we will confirm before you order.
Why sides and not a back on a see-through?
A see-through has glass on both long faces, so there is no back wall to cover. Flare lists its reflective back holder as not available on see-through models; the side panels dress the two ends instead.
How are the side panels installed?
Flare's manual uses two people, suction cups and a Phillips screwdriver: remove the clips, seat the glass in its lower channel, push it back against the fireplace and refit the clips without overtightening.
How do I clean them?
Use an ammonia-free glass cleaner with the fireplace off and cool, and keep media out of the glass channels.
