Flare Reflective Back Panel for Double Corner 100, 24" Glass | RB-DC-100-H

Flare RB-DC-100-H is the black reflective ceramic glass back for the Flare-DC-100-H, the 100 inch double corner direct vent fireplace with 24 inch high glass. It takes the place of the standard matte black back with Flare's high temperature Neo-Ceram glass-ceramic, which reflects the flame and media when the fire is on and reads as satin black when it is off. This is the panel for the vented indoor model, not the vent free outdoor range.

Questions people ask us
Which fireplace does RB-DC-100-H fit?
The Flare-DC-100-H: 100" double corner, 24" glass, 99 5/16" x 24" viewing window. Other lengths and glass heights take their own reflective back.
Will it work in a Flare vent free outdoor fireplace?
No. This is the direct vent panel. Flare makes separate reflective backs for its vent free outdoor models, with VF in the part number.
How is it installed?
Flare's manual uses two people, suction cups and a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the clips, set the glass into its lower channel at an angle, push the top edge back and refit the clips. Do not overtighten; the spring is meant to flex. Unsecured glass can lean forward and break.
Do I need side panels too?
A double corner has glass on the front and both ends, so the back panel is the piece that shows. Flare recommends side panels for see-through, left corner, right corner and passage models.
How do I clean it?
Use an ammonia-free glass cleaner with the fireplace off and cool, and check that no media has dropped into the glass channels before you relight.
