Flare OD-ST-45-H is the Outdoor Kit for the Flare-ST-45-H, the 45 inch see-through gas fireplace with 24 inch high glass. It mounts to the outdoor face of the fireplace and adds weather resistance, so one fire shows inside the house and out on a covered patio. Your builder frames and finishes up to the kit the way they would a window, which keeps the frameless look on both sides.

Which fireplace does OD-ST-45-H fit?
The Flare ST-45-H, the 45" see-through with 24" glass. Flare sizes the kit to the fireplace length and glass height, so other models take their own kit.
Does it matter which safety barrier I have?
Yes. The kit's horizontal filler is louvered for a double glass barrier and solid for the mesh screen. Tell us which one your fireplace has when you order.
Can the outdoor side be fully exposed?
Flare intends the kit for covered or overhang-style projects with a properly sized overhang or roof. Send us the plan and we will check it against Flare's overhang requirements.
Who should install it?
Flare's guide says a certified, trained service professional or Flare dealer partner, with the fireplace cold and off gas and power. The kit ships in a wooden crate.
Does the mesh screen still fit?
Yes. If you use the invisible mesh screen, it installs in front of the outer tempered glass, seated in the lower channel.
