Shipping and returns
We confirm your ship date once the order is placed. Orders travel by parcel or by freight carrier depending on size.
Inspect the shipment before you sign for it. Signing without noting visible damage counts as accepting it in good condition. Report concealed damage within 48 hours and keep the packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 21 calendar days from delivery, and every return needs prior written authorization from Aqua Terra Backyard.
