Duravent DuraPlus Roof Flashing, 6", 0/12 to 12/12 Pitch
Duravent DuraPlus roof flashing weatherproofs the point where 6 inch DuraPlus chimney passes through the roof, offered in 0/12 to 6/12 and 7/12 to 12/12 pitch. It is made of galvalume, holds the chimney centered in the roof hole and seals it. A storm collar is required. Duravent part numbers 6DP-F6 and 6DP-F12.

Which flashing fits my roof?

Is the storm collar included?
No. Duravent requires a DuraPlus storm collar with the flashing. It is sold separately.
How high does the chimney need to go?
Duravent's instructions quote NFPA 211: at least 3 feet above the point where it passes through the roof and 2 feet higher than any part of the building within 10 feet. DuraPlus may be installed up to 35 feet high, and an Extended Roof Bracket is required if it runs more than 4 feet above the roof.
What is DuraPlus listed for?
DuraPlus is a triple-wall, all-fuel chimney listed to UL 103HT (MH7399). Duravent rates it for residential appliances fueled by wood, oil, coal or gas, for continuous operation at 1000 F flue gas temperature. The appliance manual decides which chimney is approved, so check it or send us the model.
