Questions people ask us

Which size do I need?

For a 30 inch Revillusion (RBF30, RBF30WC) order a 30 inch set. For the 36 or 42 inch fireboxes (RBF36, RBF36WC, RBF42, RBF42WC) order a 42 inch set; Dimplex lists the RBFL42 sets for both.

What is the difference between Birch and Fresh Cut?

They are two log styles Dimplex makes for the Revillusion, Birch and Fresh Cut. Both are the same size for a given firebox and install the same way.

How are the logs swapped?

The Dimplex picture instructions show disconnecting the log wire connector, lifting out the old logs and setting the new pieces in on both sides, with the reflective side facing out.

Does it fit the 24 inch Revillusion or the REV models?

The 24 inch firebox has its own sets (RBFL24). For REV models, send us the model and we will check with you.
