The Dimplex Ignite Aspire is a tall, portrait-style built-in electric firebox in 30, 36 and 42 inch widths, models ASP30, ASP36 and ASP42. It uses the Dynamic-Fire flame effect with glowing logs over a tumbled glass ember bed, and installs front-facing, corner or bay. A plug kit is included for 120 V, and it gives 2,500 watts when hardwired at 240 V.

Questions people ask us

Can I plug in the Aspire?

Yes, on 120 V with the included plug kit. For the full 2,500 watts it must be hardwired at 240 V.

Hardwired installs, and any 240 V or 208 V connection, should be done by a licensed electrician to the instructions and local codes.

Can it go in a corner?

Yes. It sets up front-facing, left or right corner, or bay. Corner and bay installs need the bay trim kit for your size, sold separately. See Dimplex trims.

What is in the box?

The firebox, logs, tumbled glass embers, gravel and glass chunks, front, side and reflective glass, the remote with wall mount, a plug kit and mounting hardware.

How deep is the framing?

All three sizes need an 18 inch deep framed opening. Heights run from 38 to 47 inches.
