Delivery and returns
- Delivery is free anywhere in the lower 48 and the whole set travels together.
- We call to agree the day once the set is ready, so nothing turns up unannounced.
- Made to order pieces cannot be returned once the build has started, which is why we confirm everything with you first.

Can I change a piece in the set?
Yes. Tell us what you want swapped and we will price the arrangement the way you want it. Everything in it is also sold on its own.
When does it get here?
It is already made, so it goes as soon as the order clears and we have a delivery day agreed with you.
How do I look after it?
Mild soap, warm water and a soft sponge, then rinse clear. Every couple of weeks is enough in most places and more often near salt water, because salt left on a powder coat will blister it.
