The Bay lounge chair is woven, not fretted, which gives it a softer line than the Chippendale pieces. The weave is a polyethylene resin that shrugs off sun, salt and pool chemistry.

- Welded, not bolted. The aluminum frame is welded and then powder coated or epoxy finished, which is why these hold their line season after season instead of loosening at the joints.
- Fabric made for weather. Cushions come in Sunbrella and InsideOut performance fabrics. Both are built to sit in sun and rain, and you can send your own material if you would rather.
- Made for your room. Every one is built after you order it, so the fabric is your choice rather than whatever happened to be on the shelf.

Common questions
How long does it take to build?
It is made to order. We confirm the build date with the factory the day you order rather than quoting you a range that might move.
Can I send my own fabric?
Yes. The maker accepts customer supplied material. Send us the reference and we will work out the yardage and put the order together.
How do I look after it?
Wash with mild soap and warm water using a soft sponge, rinse clear, clean every two weeks to stop salt building up on the powder coat. Every two weeks is enough in most places, more often near salt water.
Does it need to come in for winter?
Never leave the frames anywhere they can freeze. Stand them upright so water drains out, because water freezing inside a frame can split it.
