Options and what is included
Pick the fuel your property actually runs on. The burner is configured for it at the factory, so if you are between the two, call us before you order.
A licensed gas professional should make the gas connection, and an electrician should wire any electronic ignition.
Shipping and returns
Every piece is built to order. We confirm your ship date once the order is placed, and large fire features travel by freight carrier with curbside delivery.
Inspect the shipment before you sign for it. Signing without noting visible damage counts as accepting it in good condition. Report concealed damage within 48 hours and keep the packaging. If yours arrives damaged, we cover the return freight.
Return requests must be submitted within 21 calendar days from delivery, and every return needs prior written authorization from Aqua Terra Backyard.
Common questions
Can I switch from propane to natural gas later?
The fuel is set when the piece is built, so order the one your property runs on. If you are between the two, call us first and we will sort it out.
Do the finishes change the price?
On this piece every finish is priced the same, so choose on looks alone.
How do I look after the finish?
Seal the concrete as the maker directs, and drain or cover it before a hard freeze so trapped water cannot expand in the shell.
