Astria Gemini DLX Natural Gas to Propane Conversion Kit
The Astria GCKGDLX35NP and GCKGDLX40NP are natural gas to propane conversion kits for the Gemini DLX 35 and Gemini DLX 40 direct vent gas fireplaces with the EcoFlow electronic valve. Each kit has the propane main burner orifice and low-rate orifice for its size, plus the conversion sticker and form. Catalog numbers F3673 (35) and F3675 (40). A qualified service agency must install it.

Which kit do I need?
Match the kit to the fireplace: GCKGDLX35NP for the Gemini DLX 35 and GCKGDLX40NP for the Gemini DLX 40. The size is in the model number on the rating label, for example GeminiDLX35.
What does the conversion involve?
The installer swaps the main burner orifice and the low-rate orifice in the valve, sets the regulator and pilot for propane, leak tests every joint, checks the inlet and manifold pressures with a manometer, sets the air shutter to a 1/8 inch gap for propane and fills out the conversion sticker.
What is the heat output on propane?
Astria rates the Gemini DLX 35 at 23,000 BTU/hr high and 17,000 low, and the Gemini DLX 40 at 26,000 high and 19,000 low, on propane.
I live at altitude. Does that change anything?
The orifices are sized for 0 to 2,000 feet in the USA. Above that, Astria calls for a 4 percent derate per 1,000 feet, recorded on a deration sticker. Your installer will handle it.
